Here you will find answers to the most common questions asked about our space and anything massage related.

Do you have a waiting room?
Yes. However, our lobby is very small, and we are not able to accommodate waiting when our receptionist is out of the office. In general, if you are more than 10 minutes early, you may not be able to enter the office. At such times, we recommend the coffee shop at the corner, called Grumpy D’s. Their space is large and they have free Wi-Fi.

Do you bill insurance?
Yes, for most insurance. We are in-network providers for Premera, Lifewise, Uniform Medical, Aetna, Cigna, American Specialty Health, First Choice, Regence, and Auto We are NOT accepting new L&I claims at this time.

Does my insurance require a written prescription/referral for massage therapy?
At this time, only Aetna and Auto insurance require written prescriptions. Even if they tell you one is not required, there is a technical aspect to massage therapy that still allows them to deny coverage without an Rx. Please note, your insurance company can change their policy regarding massage prescriptions at any time. Even if a prescription isn’t required, we do recommend getting one to keep on file.
